Overview of the challenges ahead Post vendor invoices. Reconciling all transactions related to subcontractors to ensure the accuracy of the inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable related to the products. Reconciling daily all bank accounts and ensuring that all money needed is available in each currency; preparing all journal entries related to the reconciliation. Issue checks and wire transfers. Conciling suppliers' statements of account and responding to their requests. Prepare TPS and TVQ reports. Prepare month‑end reports and the year‑end closing of the accounts payable section. Balance the GR/IR account. Be responsible for the fixed assets ledger and the follow‑up on the capital budgets. Perform month‑end analysis for material requisition and other items (e.g., freight expenses). Perform various reconciliations: petty cash, credit cards, statements of account, and expense reports. You will impress us if you have: Education: College diploma option accounting. Experience: Ideally more than 7 years. Knowledge: Excel. Languages: French and functional English; functional English is required due to various multidisciplinary tasks including notably communications with suppliers, the corporate and sister companies in the Kontron group.
