Position Description This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 1 day per week - subject to change at any time. Your future duties and responsibilities Advise business and technology stakeholders on the strategic adoption and business application of Agentic AI capabilities across enterprise operations and customer journeys. Assess current-state business processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled agents for workflow automation, decision support, operational efficiency, and service optimization. Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions with cross-functional teams to define future-state AI-enabled operating models and workflow orchestration strategies. Develop recommendations for integrating human, digital, and AI-driven activities into scalable and governed enterprise workflows. Partner with business leaders, transformation teams, and technology stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals, governance standards, and operational priorities. Analyze enterprise workflows to identify process inefficiencies, duplication, and operational bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations supported by AI-enabled capabilities. Support large-scale transformation initiatives by translating strategic objectives into executable business processes, workflow models, and operational frameworks. Contribute to the development of AI governance, adoption, change management, and operational readiness strategies to support sustainable implementation. Provide thought leadership on emerging AI trends, Agentic AI capabilities, workflow orchestration models, and enterprise transformation best practices. Collaborate with architecture, product, operations, and delivery teams to ensure AI-enabled solutions align with business requirements, scalability needs, and enterprise governance standards. Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, process documentation, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and client stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring workflow effectiveness, operational performance, and AI adoption outcomes across enterprise functions. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Strong experience advising clients on Agentic AI strategy and business applications, including how emerging AI agent capabilities can be pragmatically leveraged across business operations and client journeys. Able to provide thought leadership on AI-driven workflow execution, decision augmentation, orchestration, and operational efficiency as part of enterprise transformation initiatives. Focused on strategic guidance and business enablement rather than hands‑on technical implementation. Experienced in workflow and agent orchestration advisory, with the ability to conceptualize how human, digital, and AI‑enabled activities can operate together within integrated enterprise workflows. Comfortable facilitating discussions around orchestration models, dependency management, future‑state workflow design, and embedding AI‑enabled capabilities into scalable and governed operating structures. Strong consulting, business analysis, and operating model optimization experience, including assessing and redesigning enterprise processes, identifying operational friction points, reducing duplication, and improving efficiency across complex environments. Proven ability to support large‑scale transformation programs and translate strategic objectives into executable operational models. CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
