Overview We are looking for a growth transformation HR Leader to lead people operations for end-to-end supply chain operations and a 10-person HR team (hourly & salary) based at a high-speed Jumbo 1000 employee Food & Beverage manufacturing plant. This role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands non-union dynamics, and knows how to build strong teams and culture during periods of growth for Canadian operations within a matrix-led global CPG F&B manufacturing organization. What You’ll Do Lead a team of 10 HR professionals Guide the site through change and support daily HR operations Build trust with union reps and hourly employees Improve communication, accountability, and team engagement Partner with plant leadership and share key HR metrics Support LEAN and continuous improvement culture across the site Qualifications 5+ years of HR leadership in a non-unionized supply chain CPG Food & Beverage or non-F&B CPG company operating in Canadian supply chain operations Experience managing change in fast-paced manufacturing environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop people and teams Comfortable working with unions and plant leadership Confident presenting data and HR insights to senior stakeholders Bilingual French & English Background in LEAN or CI practices is a plus Why Is This a Great Opportunity This role is part of a global manufacturing supply chain operations team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
