Role Description We are hiring a Sales Executive to own inbound demand and build outbound pipeline from first contact through booked, qualified conversations and eventually to closed audits. You will work high-volume inbound leads, run targeted outbound campaigns to enterprise prospects, qualify decisively, deliver value on every interaction, and ensure that leadership only spends time with serious, qualified prospects. Respond to new booked leads immediately (minutes, not hours) Proactively work inbound leads that meet revenue thresholds Call, text, email, and follow up persistently and professionally Increase speed-to-lead, show rate, and qualification rate Execute targeted cold calling campaigns to enterprise eCommerce and CPG brands Build and manage outbound email sequences to high-value prospects Research and identify ideal-fit accounts within the $20–$80MM revenue range Personalize outreach using prospect's financials, growth signals, and operational blind spots Generate qualified meetings from outbound efforts alongside inbound pipeline Collaborate with leadership to refine enterprise messaging and ICP targeting Qualifications 2+ years in BDR, SDR, or AE role selling B2B services Proven ability to run real discovery calls Strong phone presence and comfort with live calling Experience with outbound prospecting (cold calling and email sequences) Ability to follow scripts and adapt intelligently High emotional self-regulation and resilience Self-directed learner — you improve your own sales skills Strong written and verbal communication Compensation Base + performance-based uncapped commission #J-18808-Ljbffr
