Responsibilities Provide overall construction management from pre‑construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent. Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings. Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company. Monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing development and progression. Submit project reports to Area Manager and communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalated. Oversee a team and create opportunities for career development. Qualifications Minimum of 8+ years of experience in ICI, defence sector, healthcare construction, and/or residential projects, including at least 8 years in a Project Manager role. Strong working knowledge of construction scopes, project scheduling, project management practices, and contract management software. Proven ability to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance. Salary range: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 Go ahead and be yourself. We'll pay you for it!
