Multinational Services Manager This role is responsible for leading the Multinational Services and operations for the Middle Market & Specialties Multinational Business Unit, ensuring service excellence and stakeholder collaboration across global partners. Hybrid work model: requires three days per week in‑person presence. What you will do Directly responsible for attaining service goals, including production timeliness and quality standards. Lead a team of Multinational Service Specialists for servicing and compliance. Manage performance metrics, operational budgets, and adapt to changing business requirements. Drive continuous improvement and foster a customer‑centric team environment. Build strong broker relationships and serve as a key operational contact for Multinational servicing. Deliver external broker training, presentations, and maintain compliance with organizational standards. Responsible for staffing, recruiting, performance management, coaching, training, and leadership. Plan and execute strategic vision and develop strong Business Unit relationships. Troubleshoot problem areas and resolve issues. Job Qualifications - What you bring to the table Required Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of underwriting experience, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of underwriting experience. Ability to travel for business. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Experience in a multinational insurance environment. Salary range: CAD 81,000 – 131,000.
