How you’ll make an impact Manage and advise a portfolio of owner‑managed business clients across a wide range of industries. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and key business decisions. Collaborate with Partners and Managers as part of a supportive leadership group. Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals. Participate in firm‑led business development activities. Get involved in firm committees and initiatives that shape how we work, serve clients, and support our communities. Skills PA designation with 2–5 years of progressive, post‑CPA experience in public practice or a professional services environment. Strong technical foundation with the ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to add value for owner‑managed clients. Confidence managing client relationships end‑to‑end, including planning, delivery, and communication. A genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.
