Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Finance, plays a pivotal role in supporting financial planning and analysis, compliance, and strategic decision‑making to optimize financial performance. This position partners with various business units to build forecasts, budgets, and long‑range plans and leads the rhythm of business to keep leadership consistently informed about operating performance and key developments. What You'll Do This role supports the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring all efforts are closely aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in collaboration with business partners. The Senior Analyst will validate control effectiveness and recommend remediation plans to maintain a robust control environment. The position requires the ability to analyze key trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to help achieve financial targets. The Senior Analyst may lead initiatives and deliver valuable insights into operational performance, develop and implement process improvements, streamline financial analysis procedures, and maintain documentation of current processes. Additionally, the role provides technical expertise, guidance, and training to indirect reports and other teams, fostering collaboration and driving associate engagement. Qualifications Technical: Strong technical skills are required, with exposure to SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools highly recommended. Previous experience with MFP and OneStream is an asset. Leadership: Candidates should demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to ask questions. This role suits detail‑oriented, independent individuals who are comfortable with complexity and adjusting to changing priorities. Communication: Strong communication skills are essential, especially the ability to make linkages between business units. Previous experience in CPG or Retail FP&A is preferred. Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years required. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
