The Full‑Stack Developer will report directly to the VP of Data and Technology and will work closely with the growth, design and product management team and is based in Montreal. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional proficiency in modern front‑end frameworks such as ReactJS and proficiency in back‑end languages like Ruby or Python. Strong preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Ruby on Rails. Soft skills are paramount in this role; we’re looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to mentor junior developers, and a proactive mindset to diagnose and resolve issues across the application stack.
