Overview The Sales Analyst, LCL reports to the Director of Sales, LCL providing analytical support for the LCL group of accounts. TheSales Analyst, LCLprocesses and releases all weekly and daily reporting requirements for the Loblaw business. TheSales Analyst, LCLworks to identify emerging trends in sales performance data, highlighting key opportunities for growth cross-functionally. They work with CDMs and broker partners to meet ad hoc reporting and insight needs. The Sales Analyst, LCL collaborates with Master Data to facilitate timely and precise item maintenance. They maintain comprehensive and accurate records of confirmed features for the use of Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Marketing and Sales Leadership teams. Location : 1425 The Queensway, Etobicoke, Ontario Responsibilities Extracting and analyzing sales performance data for all LCL banners. Digging deep into key budget variances, identifying underlying drivers and opportunities for improvement. Communicating performance against budget and other KPIs to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Building reports to systematically represent this information over time, reducing the need for manual data manipulation. Providing ad hoc sales analysis & insights on an as needed basis. Executing key operational data tasks including but not limited to preparing Customer Planned Orders (CPOs), distributing planograms ahead of updates and developing field surveys. Requirements 2-4 years' experience in FMCG sales. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional oral and written communication are necessary to succeed in this role. Prior experience in DSD manufacturing is an asset. Prior experience with Microsoft Access and Power BI is an asset.
