You understand how critical strong HRIS foundations and transparent processes are to delivering an exceptional employee experience, especially in a complex, seasonal business. The organization is in a period of transition and growth, and this role offers a rare opportunity to help shape how Employee Experience (EE) is delivered for the next business growth. You will be a key contributor in building scalable HR systems, optimizing Workday, and ensuring data integrity, while still being closely connected to the day‑to‑day employee lifecycle. The Employee Experience team exists to ensure our team members are supported, enabled, and set up to deliver an outstanding experience every day. Essential Duties HRIS Leadership & Systems Optimization: Act as the primary HRIS specialist for Employee Experience, focusing on Workday as our HRIS. Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials for HRIS and related processes. Proactively respond to and resolve the ticket system regarding EE issues. Build and deliver meaningful HR data and reports that support business decision‑making. HR Reporting, Analytics and HRIS: Complete all exit interviews and compile data analytics to identify areas for improvement. Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track recruitment metrics and HR KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership. Utilize Workday and other HR platforms to manage candidate data, requisitions, and reporting. Ensure data integrity and compliance within HR systems. Stay updated on HR technology and best practices. Process Improvement & Cross‑Team Support: Proactively identify opportunities to improve EE work in the most efficient way. Support proactive waiver management and uploads into Workday. Provide administrative and systems support on EE special projects. Assist with seasonal recruitment, hiring, process creation, ensuring onboarding and off‑boarding is completed seamlessly. Ensure background checks are managed effectively and timely. Benefit Administration: Manage all benefit enrollments and maintenance for CMH and MWHS. Create and maintain the benefit policy. Audit and maintain benefit premium alignment between Workday and SunLife. Schedule regular benefit and RRSP information sessions. Ensure benefits administration delivers the highest level of proactive practices. Required Qualifications At least three years of strong specialization in HRIS and HR operations. Enjoy being the go‑to expert for HR systems, data, and process integrity. Hands‑on experience using HRIS platforms daily – Workday experience is a major asset. Love technology, data, and process design as much as you love supporting people. Enjoy challenging tasks and solving problems to develop yourself.
