Network Infrastructure: Manage 100% network-focused tasks with occasional support for integrated systems as needed. Vendor Management: Configure and troubleshoot environments primarily utilizing Aruba and Cisco hardware. Security Integration: Deploy and maintain robust security layers using Palo Alto, Fortinet, and SonicWall technologies. Client Engagement: Travel to various client sites across the Vancouver area to provide expert on-site technical solutions. Skills / Must-Have MSP Background: Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider environment is an absolute requirement for this specific role. Aruba & Cisco: Advanced proficiency in Aruba and Cisco technologies is essential to support our current enterprise infrastructure and project load. Legal Status: All applicants must hold valid Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be eligible for consideration. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for frequent travel to client locations.
