About This Opportunity Reporting to the Plant Director, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing all maintenance operations to ensure the reliability and availability of our equipment.As Maintenance Manager, you play a central role in overseeing and developing your team, providing effective guidance, fostering professional growth, and creating a positive and productive work environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and develop a skilled maintenance teamPromote a safe and motivating work environmentEnsure strict compliance with health, safety, and company standards in all maintenance activitiesManage preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesProduce regular reports on performance and key indicators (KPIs)Manage, analyze, and present the maintenance budgetIdentify and implement initiatives to reduce operational costsProactively improve process operations and seek to increase efficiencyManage investment and improvement projects at the plant level in collaboration with project managersQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or other relevant education/experience5+ years of manufacturing experience as a manager supervising a team, including unionized employeesProven experience in team management and maintenance planningKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP Production Management software or equivalent (PM)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skillsAbility to act as a change agentDemonstrated leadership skillsBilingual in French and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
