The IT Project Manager is responsible for applying project management methodologies throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. This includes project design, scope management, cost control, quality assurance, and performance reporting. The role will support the Audit and Compliance team, specifically the compliance tower, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in adherence to governance policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and communication abilities to drive success in a multi-year program, including immediate work on the Integrated Approach Program with the Archer system. Key Responsibilities Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope. Manage project resources, including procuring staff, motivating, coaching, and advising team members. Collaborate with functional project teams to define business requirements. Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. Define and oversee test plans to ensure products are defect-free prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Facilitate UAT processes and develop rollout plans and procedures. Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to systems development and project management best practices. Present updates and recommendations to steering committees or project sponsors. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). PMP or PMI certification required. 5–7 years of proven project management experience. Strong people management and team-building skills. Ability to adapt and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. Quick learner of business processes and effective collaborator with stakeholders at all levels. Strong risk assessment and management skills for technology applications and business functions. Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively. Technical background with compliance or risk experience.
