Mentor/PMO support for BI governance, dataset versioning, and documentation. Required skills & experience 3+ years Power BI development; deep hands‑on experience building semantic models. Strong DAX proficiency (complex measures, time intelligence, performance patterns). Experience with data modeling concepts: star schema, surrogate keys, slowly changing dimensions, conformed dimensions. Familiar with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service (workspaces, dataflows, certified datasets), XMLA, and gateways. SQL proficiency (T‑SQL or similar) for complex queries and model validation.
