Overview We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join a growing consulting engineering team working on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and institutional projects. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of project delivery, from concept design through to construction, within a collaborative and technically driven environment. Title: Structural EngineerLocation: TorontoSalary: 120k+ (Based on Experience) Responsibilities Design and analysis of structural systems including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for a variety of building types Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, mechanical, and electrical engineers Participate in project meetings and provide technical input throughout all project phases Conduct site visits and field reviews to ensure compliance with design intent and applicable codes Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction Support project delivery by ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Registered or eligible for registration as a P.Eng. in (Province) 3–8+ years of experience in structural design within a consulting environment Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and standards Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar) Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is considered an asset Strong communication and coordination skills What’s Offered Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunity to work on a variety of impactful and technically challenging projects Supportive team environment with mentorship and career growth opportunities Exposure to projects from design through construction Flexible/hybrid work environment (depending on company policy) Please note: Only candidates with prior consulting experience in building design will be contacted.
