Job Description As an LBM Associate, you will help customers fully understand their needs and assist in selecting the right products for their requirements. You will act as a knowledgeable sales professional, making recommendations that solve customers’ problems and enhance their shopping experience. Responsibilities Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge Clarify and understand customers’ needs and guide them to the best solution for their projects Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions Tak initiative and confidently direct customer interactions Produce quotes, material lists, and follow up Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently Continually learn about products and market conditions Qualifications Excellent communication and team player Sales and customer service experience Possess a high level of attention to details Ability to lift 55 lbs.
