Summary Reporting to the Director of Data Strategy & Analytics, you will play a key role in a highly visible team to advance the company’s data strategy. By partnering with various functions and lines of business, you will provide leadership and guidance to drive business value, enhance analytics & insights, and develop comprehensive reporting solutions including dashboards, harmonized KPIs, and other value-driven analytics. You will empower business partners to enhance customer experience, increase revenues, and improve operational efficiency. Accountabilities Lead a diverse team of data analysts and developers to deliver high-quality analysis, interpretation of findings, and clear articulation of results and insights to internal business partners. Help develop data strategy and business architecture roadmap and guide its implementation. Lead high-profile and time-sensitive analyses with decision-grade executive-ready quality. Develop and deliver scenario simulations and other data products to inform business and operational decision-making. Ensure data products and code released by the team have complete and up-to-date documentation available to internal stakeholders. Oversee the building of BI/analytics infrastructure, including data management and pipeline building processes, using Azure technologies such as Fabric, Synapse, and Databricks. Lead hands‑on sessions in prioritizing user stories, designing analytical approaches, running experiments, and assessing data product performance. Apply design‑ and system‑thinking concepts with an agile mindset to create and deploy incremental, viable data products using in‑house tools and open‑source ecosystems. Stay current on emerging trends in trusted data, cognitive analytics, and other relevant community publications. Mentor team members and participate in continuous self‑learning. Support and evolve the Advanced Analytics and Data Management capabilities to empower citizen data scientists in the business. Qualifications 5+ years of management experience building, developing, and leading a high‑performing team. 8+ years of professional experience in an analytics environment with proven value‑creation outcomes. 5‑7 years of professional experience with Power BI and Azure. 5‑7 years of professional experience with SQL and/or Python. 3‑5+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise‑scale data strategy projects and facilitating collaboration across teams. Experience in modeling and analysis, including machine learning, statistical analysis, operations research, management science, and data mining. Master’s degree in an analytical discipline such as mathematics, applied science and engineering, computer science, management analytics, or data science.
