We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a procurement system enhancement initiative within a large enterprise program. This is a 6-month contract (with potential extension), starting ASAP, operating in a hybrid model (2 days onsite). The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, support delivery, and ensure successful implementation of business and technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsFacilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and working sessionsTranslate business needs into functional specifications and user storiesSupport Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesCollaborate with technology teams to ensure solution alignmentSupport QA and UAT processes to validate system functionalityPrepare documentation including process flows, requirements, and analysis reportsAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsMust-Have Requirements5-7 years of Business Analyst experienceStrong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience facilitating stakeholder meetings and managing expectationsStrong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows)Hands‑on experience with Jira and ConfluenceProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience supporting QA and UAT activitiesUnderstanding of IT project lifecycleExperience within banking or insurance industryStrong communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholdersNice-to-HaveExperience with procurement system implementationsMBA or relevant advanced degree#J-18808-Ljbffr
