Qualifications Ability to create an inclusive and customer‑centric environment. Availability for variable schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Team spirit, adaptability, and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge, experience, or willingness to learn about products, activities, and community related to store clientele. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including retail systems and applications. Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodations. Compensation and Benefits Hiring Range: $17.60 - $19.20 CAD per hour This is a part‑time or limited‑time position and is not eligible for all VF Corporation benefit plans.
