About the roleReporting to the Sr. Director Business Enablement, the Director, Product Enablement is a key player in leading ADP’s Business Transformation, with accountability for setting and delivering on a Product Enablement strategy within ADP Canada. You will work with cross‑functional teams driving the operational process changes that will ensure product investments are successful in the hands of our clients and associates. This position is best suited for candidates who embrace the challenges associated with driving cross‑departmental delivery excellence at a rapidly growing Human Capital Management software solutions provider. The Product Enablement Director is accountable for leading an organization of enablement experts and maintaining an operational framework that will support the success of the portfolio of projects and initiatives. ResponsibilitiesPartner with key stakeholders including Segment GMs, Sales, Product and Technology to provide Canadian business input to the strategy and roadmap on general availability of products and services. Effectively advocate for ADP Canada business needs and requirements with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. Lead the successful delivery of all activities relating to the product release cycle, including pilot, implementation planning and the roll out of products and projects to the field. Monitor all initiatives to ensure processes are being followed and goals achieved, including completing milestones on time and within budget, fostering operational excellence in team velocity and delivery. Track milestones and tasks with assigned teams, provide timely status reports; introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks. Ensure that stakeholder feedback in Product Roadmaps is captured and considered proactively on an ongoing basis. Ensure product deliveries are effectively communicated and enabled across all functional teams, implementing standard operating procedures to drive the supporting functions of product. Communicate timelines and approval framework for cross‑team understanding, facilitate team discussions and resolve conflict. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously based on emerging needs of the Product organization and the teams we partner with most, collecting input from key stakeholders and ensuring alignment across development teams on goals, plans, and deliverables. Identify opportunities to advance client and associate shift to digital platforms and experiences by leveraging digital contact channels and emerging technologies. Lead the tracking, monitoring and communication of product release related issues, including problem log prioritization, deviations in release scope, and change management. Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of program managers and leaders. Collaborate with peers to define measurable department and individual goals and objectives and communicate these to associates through department meetings and performance planning. Collaborate across the organization to ensure strong coordination and alignment of product roadmap to ensure organizational readiness. Serve as the primary liaison between Global Product Technology and Business Units. Prepare and present oral and/or written presentations of project status during the product life cycle. Communicate the strategic importance of a project internally and externally to gain support (funding and buy‑in) to ensure the success of initiatives and investments. Build and lead a diverse team of associates collaborating and working together, setting and managing objectives to execute on strategies to deliver business results. Develop leaders within the organization by providing developmental assignments, coaching, timely feedback, and guidance, rewarding results and behaviours that support the mission, vision, and values of ADP. RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience leading others in product management. HCM experience an asset. Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel) required. Program management expertise. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Superior presentation skills. Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross‑functional teams. Ability to negotiate, convince and lead with influence. Preferred QualificationsBSc in Business, Technology or related degree. MBA preferred.
