Experience And Skills Lead the design and configuration of SAP IS‑U bill print processes, including billing, invoicing, correspondence, and print workbench components. Develop and enhance bill print templates using Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAP Script, or OpenText (if applicable), ensuring alignment with utility‑specific regulatory and customer experience standards. Collaborate with Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, and CRM teams to understand business rules, rate structures, and data requirements that drive bill layout and content. Translate functional billing requirements into technical specifications, ensuring accurate mapping of master data, billing line items, rates, taxes, adjustments, and usage details. Support end‑to‑end testing, including unit testing, integration testing, bill audits, and validation of print outputs across multiple customer scenarios (residential, commercial, multi‑service, etc.). Troubleshoot bill print defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions across both functional configuration and technical form logic. Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates, including rate transparency, accessibility standards, multilingual requirements, and jurisdiction‑specific disclosures. Optimize print performance and batch processing, working with Basis and technical teams to streamline spool management and output distribution. Provide go‑live and hypercare support, including rapid updates to forms, print logic, and configuration based on real‑world billing outcomes.
