Overview MLOps Manager role based in Toronto with hybrid working (3 days in office). This position combines technical leadership with people management to guide the technical direction of production services, partner with technology teams across the organization, and recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team. Working at the intersection of research and engineering, you will help shape and deliver innovative, production-grade solutions while fostering best practices in modern software delivery.
