Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the development and creation of the Enterprise Collection Team’s suite of BI reporting and dashboards and scorecards. Monitor key collections KPIs such as roll rates, delinquency trends, right‑party contacts (RPC), promises to pay (PTP), cure rates, and recovery performance. Analyze portfolio performance across delinquency buckets and identify key drivers impacting collections outcomes. Support the development, testing, and optimization of collections strategies, including segmentation, treatment paths, and contact strategies using A/B testing. Evaluate the effectiveness of collections strategies and recommend improvements based on data insights. Partner with collections leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced recovery performance. Analyze dialer and campaign performance to optimize contact rates, RPCs, and PTP conversion. Support forecasting, capacity planning, and campaign performance tracking. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms and datasets. Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes, data definitions, and strategy logic. Translate complex data into clear insights and presentations for senior leadership and operational teams. Support ad‑hoc analysis requests from operations, risk management, and executive teams. Collaborate with technology and data teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and automate manual processes. Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics tools to enhance strategy development, identify trends, and automate insights generation. Be a self‑starter in determining future reporting needs for the team. Required Qualifications Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or equivalent work experience. Have 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or strategy within collections, credit risk, or financial services. Strong SQL and data querying skills (experience with platforms such as Databricks, GCP, Snowflake, or similar). Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI; experience with Python, R or similar programs; experience with AI tools. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into strategy recommendations. Experience in analyzing and optimizing collections strategies, dialer campaigns, and portfolio segmentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership. Strong work ethic, curious and persistent determination in reviewing, and reconciling variances. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in banking, fintech, or consumer lending. Knowledge of collections lifecycle management and delinquency management strategies. Experience with predictive modeling, behavioral scoring, or strategy testing frameworks (e.g., champion/challenger testing). Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $65,000 – $75,000. The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada).
