Determine selection criteria. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System Dayforce. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks). Execute interview and selection procedures, including candidate phone interviews, assessments and onsite/virtual interviews. Create and/or edit job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. Lead employer branding initiatives. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. Foster relationships with past applicants and prospective hires, as well as hiring managers. Utilize marketing strategies to enhance Alta's brand awareness among passive and active job seekers. Travel up to 10%. Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Must be bilingual in French & English. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly demeanor. 3+ years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or related role is preferred. Great verbal and written communication skills. Multi-state recruiting preferred. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks. Hands‑on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred.
