Assistant Store Manager – Toronto Eaton Centre As the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at Pandora’s Toronto Eaton Centre, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role supports the Store Manager and leads the team to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards. Responsibilities Fully support the Store Manager in all store operations and retail goals. Engage customers on the sales floor, driving sales and creating unforgettable moments. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and fostering accountability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations. Assist with hiring, including recruiting Sales Associates and Sales Leads. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to maintain a smooth, on‑brand operation. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of experience in a high‑performance retail or sales environment. Results‑oriented leadership skills with the ability to manage a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Excellent time‑management; ability to set priorities and delegate tasks efficiently. Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail POS systems. Minimum age 18 and ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds and arrive on time. Benefits & Compensation Base pay $25.70–$32.10 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonus.
