Responsibilities Provide expertise & leadership in all Admin duties, cash deals with/without trades, lien searches, buyouts, releasing liens Support the branches as needed Participate in corporate projects Process deals for all funders processes (Ceres, CWBNational, FCC, DLL, Wells Fargo, Calidon), lease & lease maturities Manage unpaid sold within AOR Understands Dealer Inventory Tracking Handle confidential/sensitive info Participate in training Build strong co-worker relations, contribute positively to team Requirements Admin & financial expertise, strong attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills & confidentiality Strong communication skills Self-starter, organized, can manage time Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) High school/equivalent, Business/Admin cert, 2+ years internal exp an asset Experience w/large finance portfolios in financial role an asset Valid drivers licence Benefits Competitive wages, comprehensive benefits/pension & future career opportunities in all areas.
