Coordinate with engineering| construction| procurement| and operations teams. Monitor project KPIs| timelines| and cost compliance (CapExOpEx).Oversee Survey| permitting| civil work| quality checks| and site readiness. Ensure compliance with Canada telecom standards| safety rules| and regulatory requirements. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and executive dashboards. Manage issues| changes| and escalations to keep scope schedule on track. Required Skills Required SkillsStrong understanding of wireline technologies (FTTxGPON| OSPISP). Experience with fiber construction| splicing testing (OTDR)| permitting utility coordination. Excellent communication| leadership| stakeholder management| and problem solving skills. Qualifications QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering| Telecommunications| or related field.
