The position centers on analytics tagging, measurement setup, and maintaining data quality for Wealth client experiences across both web and mobile platforms. This role collaborates closely with GWM digital product teams, engineering, analytics partners, and data governance functions to ensure accurate, compliant, and actionable digital data that enables insight generation and continuous experience improvement.Is this role right for you? In this role you will:Partner closely with Global Wealth Management business and technology teamsInfluence digital measurement strategy for Wealth client experiencesImprove data governance, observability, and trust across analytics platformsOperate at the intersection of digital delivery, analytics, and Wealth business prioritiesAnalyze complex Wealth digital business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable analytics implementation specificationsDesign, implement, and support digital analytics tagging solutions across web and mobile platformsAct as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics implementation within GWM digital ecosystemsCollaborate with frontend, backend, and mobile developers to validate analytics data & ensure accurate and consistent measurement across journeysApply industry best practices to analytics solution design, testing, and deploymentEnsure analytics implementations meet quality, security, privacy, and regulatory standardsDefine and implement digital analytics tracking frameworks for Global Wealth digital platformsDeliver and maintain Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch / Tags implementationsSupport and administer Adobe Analytics accounts across multiple GWM digital propertiesEnable consistent measurement for client digital journeys and servicing activitiesSupport campaign and communication tracking requirements (e.g., events, conversions, attribution)Maintain analytics documentation including tracking specifications and link tracking guidesBuild and maintain Adobe Analytics Workspace dashboards aligned to Wealth business needsConduct ad hoc analysis and reporting on digital usage, engagement, and behaviorMonitor data quality and traffic patterns to identify implementation issues or optimization opportunitiesUse tag auditing tools (e.g., ObservePoint, Tag Inspector) to proactively identify gaps and defectsTroubleshoot analytics issues and recommend sustainable fixesAdvise digital and analytics partners on evolving GWM measurement and tagging standardsPromote analytics best practices and contribute to enterprise data governance objectivesDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience2+ years of experience implementing Adobe Analytics using Adobe Launch / Tags2+ years configuring web and mobile analytics across complex digital platformsExperience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Web SDKStrong experience in data validation, visualization, and dashboard developmentThe ability to communicate insights and implementation guidance clearly to both technical and non technical audiencesFamiliarity with Google Analytics implementation and Google Tag ManagerFamiliarity with GA4Familiarity with Power BI or similar enterprise visualization toolsExposure to digital communication or personalization platformsAn understanding of SEO and digital discoverability conceptsExperience working in regulated financial services environments is an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in parallelStrong attention to detail and data accuracyA comfortable working both independently and collaborativelyAn analytical, structured, and solution oriented mindsetConfidence working with ambiguity in evolving digital environmentsThe ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, evolving digital environment supporting multiple initiativesLocation(s): Canada : Ontario : Toronto#J-18808-Ljbffr
