Job Responsibilities Supporting or performing MS Office and Outlook configuration, software installation, new user setup, printer and network file share configuration, peripheral installation, and computer/user moves, adds, and changes. Reviewing trouble ticket queues, documenting support and diagnostic activities, and escalating problems as required. Accurately resolving and closing assigned trouble tickets in accordance with SLA requirements. Providing remote/onsite technical support services for end‑user software and hardware. Managing and performing business process analysis projects, presenting research and recommendations for improvements. Resolving incidents and fulfilling requests per knowledge documentation. Assisting with overall performance analysis, data analysis, trend analysis, graphing, and presentation development. Participating in the creation of functional requirements for IT systems that improve operational efficiency. Supporting leadership with knowledge management, training, new product support, and other specialties/projects. Required Skills Outstanding customer service skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Diagnostic and troubleshooting ability for workstations, applications, peripherals, TCP/IP and printers. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow documentation procedures. Physical capability to lift and carry computers (approx. 50 lbs.), crawl into tight spaces, and climb ladders as needed. Preferred, Not Required A+, Microsoft, and Dell certifications (some required within a certain timeframe). Experience supporting MS Outlook in a networked environment and performing hardware/software break/fix. Experience supporting MS Office products and using a commercial trouble‑ticketing system such as ServiceNow. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below. These include: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service). Four or more years of related business or functional experience. Competencies in customer support policies, IT environment, ITSM, PC hardware/software, service request management, software installation, technical troubleshooting, and telecommunications. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $39,100.00 – $69,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
