Responsibilities Collaborating with our skilled technicians to provision and activate cutting-edge alarm panels for new installations and service upgrades Upholding TELUS\'s high standards by meticulously testing equipment, validating account information, and updating zone details before activating monitoring services Managing cellular radio activations for new setups and upgrades, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity Overseeing data updates for our valued commercial clients and complex residential accounts, maintaining accuracy and efficiency What you\'ll excel at / How you\'ll succeed Provide exceptional support to commercial clients, promptly addressing their requests via various communication channels Efficiently handle inbound calls from technicians to activate monitoring services across residential, small business, and commercial sectors Demonstrate versatility by managing a wide range of clearinghouse providers, including creating, canceling, and updating accounts Guide technicians in the proper setup and configuration of clearinghouse providers, showcasing your technical expertise Maintain impeccable attention to detail while managing daily account updates and participating in data optimization projects What’s in it for you?
