Bilingual Contracts Manager page is loaded## Bilingual Contracts Managerlocations: Mississaugatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: ### Titre du posteBilingual Contracts Manager### Description de posteAs a Bilingual Contracts Manager, you will provide legal and business expertise in the evaluation, development and negotiation of commercial transactions, contracts, proposals, and quotes while ensuring compliance with current policies and procedures and minimizing contractual risk.**Your role:*** Work with a team of Contracts Managers and interface with Legal, Risk, Finance, Sales and Global businesses Services team as well as other internal Philips’ customers and negotiate directly with external customers to create contract solutions that minimize risk and provide value to Philips and customers.* Partner with field personnel and internal departments to evaluate and negotiate contracts for sales/service (i.e. capital, consumables, Software as Service (SaaS), service, consulting, etc.) as well as other related documents. Also, provide dupport to the customer fulfillment and proposal team for RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.* Recommend and implement improvements of policies and processes to ensure proposals and contractual documents align with the company’s business controls, policies and procedures. Additionally, maintain contract files and update contract activity in Salesforce (SFDC) and other workflow tools. Advise field teams and management of contractual rights, obligations, and provide interpretation of terms and conditions identifying solutions.**You're the right fit if:*** You have acquired 5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.* You have a Bachelor’s degree (required) and Paralegal, Certified Contract Management (CCM), or other contract management certification.* Your skills include Microsoft Office; with the ability to learn and adapt to other programs such as Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools. Lean methodology, project management, and solid negotiation skills are also required.* Bilingual French and English skills, both written and verbal, are required.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .* You are an excellent communicator at many levels with strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
