We’re Hiring: Junior Restoration Project Manager Axicon Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Restoration Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who wants hands‑on experience in insurance restoration and residential construction while working alongside senior PMs and site teams. About the Role As a Junior Restoration PM, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll be involved in day‑to‑day site operations, communication with trades and adjusters, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Assist with managing restoration projects (water, fire, mold, and general repairs) Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules Support scoping, estimating, and documentation (work orders, change orders, photos, reports) Communicate with homeowners, insurers, and internal teams Track project progress, timelines, and budgets Maintain organized project files and job documentation Conduct site visits and help ensure quality control and safety compliance What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or project coordination (or relevant education) Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working on active job sites Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proficiency with basic construction documents and software (Xactimate experience is an asset, not required) Valid driver’s license Why Join Axicon Opportunity to grow into a full Project Manager role Exposure to a wide range of residential and insurance restoration projects Supportive team environment with mentorship from experienced PMs Competitive compensation and room for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
