Role Overview As an Account Director, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales quota through effective client engagement, opportunity management, and consistent pipeline growth. You will generate new leads and build relationships within Sweden and selected Nordic markets, support the sales cycle by coordinating with marketing and assisting in deal closure, and collaborate with senior sales colleagues to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Responsible for achieving monthly assigned quota. Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new leads. Qualify and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel. Assist in developing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Support senior sales staff with follow‑ups, onboarding, and maintaining client relationships. Track all activity in CRM systems and report performance against targets. Attend industry events and represent the company professionally. Collaborate cross‑functionally (marketers, product specialists, etc.) to ensure seamless handoffs and execution. Qualifications 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within tech or SaaS environments. Strong communication skills in English; Swedish and/or another Nordic language is a plus. Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
