This role acts as the business lead coordinating operational, credit, and system changes related to Business Banking delinquency management and overdraft management. The work sits across multiple groups including BBSA, frontline banking, operations, credit risk, technology teams, and legal. A large portion of the role involves navigating across these groups to resolve operational questions, ensure decisions align with credit governance and regulatory expectations, and make sure system implementation reflects how the business operates. Capabilities Required: Institutional knowledge and navigation: Understanding how Business Banking operates and being able to quickly identify where decisions need to be made and who needs to be involved across the organization. Business banking operational expertise: Understanding how frontline teams, BBSA, and operations interact, particularly around delinquency handling, overdraft management, and payment processing. Credit risk awareness: Recognizing when operational or system changes may affect credit exposure, authority limits, restructuring practices, or other credit risk controls. Regulatory and risk awareness: Being able to identify potential operational or regulatory risks and work with first line and second-line risk teams to address them. Systems and SDLC literacy: Understanding how operational decisions translate into system requirements and how those changes move through the system delivery lifecycle.
