We are seeking aPrincipal Engineerwith deep technical expertise inrotating and thermal equipmentto support complex oil and gas projects across the asset lifecycle. This role provides senior technical leadership, design authority, and engineering oversight forheat exchangers, compressors, and pumps , and serves as a key technical advisor to project, operations, and maintenance teams.The successful candidate will bring extensive industry experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to lead engineering decisions on high‑risk, high‑value projects.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as atechnical authorityfor rotating and thermal equipment, including:Compressors (centrifugal and reciprocating)Pumps (API and non‑API)Provideengineering leadershipthrough all project phases including concept, FEED, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational supportDevelop and review engineering deliverables such as specifications, datasheets, calculations, design reviews, and vendor packagesLeadequipment selection, sizing, and performance evaluationProvide guidance onAPI, ASME, and industry codes and standardsSupporttroubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability improvementsReview vendor proposals and coordinate with suppliers and EPC partnersMentor and provide technical direction to intermediate and junior engineersSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and lifecycle reliabilityInterface with operations, maintenance, inspection, and project teams to ensure safe and efficient execution#J-18808-Ljbffr
