The Canadian Banking Products Engineering team is looking for a Sr. Manager, Engineering to support the Private Banking domain. The Senior Manager partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Domain Leads to implement deliverables and ensure alignment to strategic priorities. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Partner with Technology leaders and Business Owners to determine and deliver strategic priorities, aligning with overall Private Banking domain goals Operate with technology focus and bring strategy, governance and execution to priorities. Support development of business plans, technology roadmaps and performance metrics. Track strategic initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met and issues are resolved or escalated quickly. Drive preparation of status updates, roadmap maintenance and stakeholder meetings. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts on both technology and business areas. Develop a strong knowledge of the product backlog and work closely within the domain team, ensuring tasks are assigned to the right technology teams. Partner with engineering teams to align enablement activities with modernization and cost optimization goals. Provide support/guidance with test validations, implementation, and manage transitioning change to a steady‑state maintenance function. Skills University degree in Business, Technology, or Organizational Development (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience in delivery transformation, operating model design, or agile enablement. Strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical and strong problem‑solving skills with drive to push solutions and progress. Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, challenging and dynamic environment. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence and in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC. What's in it for you?
