Position Overview Compugen is seeking a Senior Manager, Integration Services to lead a critical function within our Lifecycle Services organization. This role is accountable for the integration, configuration, reuse, asset lifecycle management and process optimization of technology products delivered through our production and services model. The successful candidate will provide operational and strategic leadership for services related to product configuration, integration, asset processing, reverse logistics, refurbishment, reuse, and IT asset disposition (ITAD). This leader will oversee how technology products, including end-user devices, infrastructure components, and other physical IT assets, are configured to customer-specific requirements, integrated into client environments, and managed throughout their lifecycle, from initial configuration to reuse or disposition. While technical knowledge of device deployment and provisioning technologies such as Intune, SCCM, and ABM is considered a strong asset, the primary focus of this role is operational leadership, strategic process improvement, and scalable service delivery. This leader will play a key role in assessing and optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, standardizing processes across multiple sites, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. In addition, this role will drive the strategy and execution for reverse logistics and reuse, including product intake, data erasure, refurbishment, redeployment, or disposition, ensuring maximum value recovery and alignment with customer and compliance requirements. Work location on-site at Richmond Hill office. Travel required to customer sites. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Integration Services Lead operational activities across Compugen’s Integration Centers in Richmond Hill, Calgary, and Montreal Oversee lifecycle services related to device configuration, integration, staging, asset processing, refurbishment, reuse, and IT asset disposition (ITAD) Ensure operational consistency, service quality, and scalable delivery standards across all locations Support production readiness and operational execution aligned with customer and business requirements Process Assessment & Optimization Evaluate existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and scalability Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, turnaround times, quality, asset accuracy, and customer experience Develop and implement operational best practices, metrics, and performance tracking across Integration Centers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery models Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted operational leader in customer-facing discussions, service reviews, and escalations Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Service Delivery, Engineering, and Operations teams Align lifecycle and integration services with customer expectations and evolving business needs Support strategic discussions related to operational capabilities, service enhancements, and customer experience improvements Asset Lifecycle & ITAD Oversee asset lifecycle management processes including intake, evaluation, secure data erasure, refurbishment, redeployment, reuse, and disposition Ensure compliance with security, environmental, operational, and customer-specific requirements Improve asset visibility, reporting accuracy, and tracking processes across systems and operational workflows Support reverse logistics and reuse initiatives focused on operational efficiency and value recovery Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational and technical teams Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus Support organizational growth and operational maturity through strong leadership and strategic thinking Balance operational execution with long-term process and service optimization initiatives Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience operating within a production or IT distribution center environment, with a proven ability to optimize processes and scale service delivery operations Solid knowledge of asset lifecycle management, device provisioning, and ITAD (reuse/disposition) processes Experience in lifecycle services, device deployment, integration, or managed services environments is considered a strong asset Knowledge of end-user computing environments, infrastructure hardware, and enterprise IT operations within an IT service provider context Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external clients What Compugen Offers You Exciting, fast-paced challenging work environment A culture where authenticity and diversity are valued Professional development Participation in Women in Technology Network Opportunities to give back to our local communities Collaborative supportive team members Remote work/hybrid work options Work/life flexibility Equity Statement At Compugen, we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
