Employees are expected to work from the office several days each month, with scheduled team collaboration and company connection days to support alignment, teamwork, and business priorities.A Day in the LifeAct as the finance lead for a portfolio of cross‑functional investments ("bets"), partnering with initiative owners to define financial expectations and evaluate trade‑offsTrack actual spend and budget alignment across key initiatives, highlighting risks and surfacing opportunities to reallocate resourcesDevelop business cases, cost‑benefit analyses, and ROI frameworks to support our investment allocation processesLead or support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple departments (e.g., Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations)Maintain and improve driver‑based models in Cube, ensuring assumptions reflect evolving business needsPrepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with clear variance commentary for leadership and initiative ownersBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand the context and objectives behind each initiativeSupport product/program managers in building business cases and scenario models as part of our capital allocation processHelp improve internal alignment around investment criteria, reporting expectations, and funding cyclesUse tools like Cube and Tableau to streamline financial processes, improve visibility, and enhance reporting agilityCollaborate with FP&A leadership to evolve how we track and manage our investment portfolio over timeContribute to broader Finance team initiatives around automation, forecast accuracy, and agile financial planningWhat You Bring To The Table4–6+ years of experience in FP&A or investment analysis rolesExperience working with multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., Product, Tech, Marketing, or Ops), ideally in a technology‑forward or evolving business environmentProficiency with NetSuite, Cube, and Tableau is requiredStrong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; SQL or familiarity with data tools is a plusDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high degree of ownershipStrong communication skills and comfort working with non‑finance stakeholdersPreferredExperience supporting capital planning or portfolio investment processes in a matrixed organizationFamiliarity with product‑led growth (PLG), agile funding models, or internal innovation portfoliosExperience working in companies that are mid‑transformation—from traditional models toward tech‑enabled or product‑led operationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA, CPA)Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:$80k – $100k per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)We offer a competitive Total Compensation Package designed to support your financial, personal, and professional well‑being.
