You will coach teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure the alignment of initiatives with company objectives. This role requires a 7/7 rotation at our innovative Côté Gold site.Key Responsibilities: • Improve the framework for the OE PMO • Balance and prioritize OE initiatives based on site goals • Regularly chair portfolio reviews for transparency • Lead value delivery through CI events • Coach staff on Lean practices and engagement strategiesRequirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business • 7+ years in CI or Operational Excellence roles • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desired • Proven experience in coaching and governance • Skilled in Excel, MS Office, and Power BIJoin IAMGOLD to make a meaningful impact in modern mining practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
