Overview *** Please note that this position can be held from different cities in Canada *** A career as a Master Product Owner (Product Lead) within the Wealth Management team at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader to drive the evolution of advisory and portfolio management capabilities within an Agile Release Train (ART). This role focuses on influencing digital experiences for advisors and head office teams through product leadership, digital transformation, and wealth management expertise. Your job Strategic Product Leadership Work closely with the train lead to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for advice and portfolio management capabilities, aligned with business objectives Lead the prioritization of epics and features across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with the train's mission and value streams Ensure solutions deliver measurable value and exceptional user experiences Agile Train Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, architecture, and delivery teams across the ART Facilitate PI planning readiness, feature decomposition, and backlog grooming in collaboration with Product Owners, RTEs, and Solution Architects Ensure cross-team dependencies are identified, managed, and communicated effectively Guide the transversal evolution of tools related to portfolio management and advice (ex. Croesus, Advice Suite) Serve as the voice of the network, translating insights into actionable features and enhancements, fostering network efficiency, client engagement and regulatory compliance Support integration efforts and change management to ensure seamless onboarding of new capabilities Portfolio & Advice Domain Expertise Guide the transversal evolution of tools related to portfolio management and advice (ex.
