As a Senior AI/ML Consultant, you will support Canadian Public Sector projects, architect innovative ML/GenAI solutions using AWS services, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver production‑ready solutions. Key Job Responsibilities Understand business challenges and translate them into detailed business requirements. Define the necessary technical requirements and select the most relevant AWS AI/ML services and algorithms, collaborating with technical experts to validate solutions and build an integrated architecture. Support clients throughout the ML/GenAI project lifecycle—from initial support to finalization—providing technical sales support, performing exploratory data analysis, designing and validating solutions, deploying validated solutions, and training client teams. Collaborate with ML engineers, cloud architects, and application developers to build a production‑ready ML or GenAI solution. Utilise a wide range of IT tools, including AWS services (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon AgentCore), Git, Docker, and ML/GenAI frameworks (Strands‑Agents, PyTorch, Transformers, etc.). Qualifications Basic Qualifications Experience developing experimental and analytic plans for data modeling processes, using strong baselines, and accurately determining cause‑effect relationships. Deep technical skills and business acumen, able to collaborate with clients from executives to engineers. Experience consulting customers on AI and GenAI needs. Experience building and maintaining MLOps systems, bringing models to production, and running data‑science development environments. Knowledge of data governance principles and practices. Knowledge of data consumption, visualization, and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Strong background in engineering, computer science, machine learning, operations research, statistics, or related fields. Proficiency in building and maintaining MLOps pipelines and deploying models into production. Experience with AWS AI/ML services and frameworks such as Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, and Transformers. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
