Job Title: Support Analyst – Hyland Brainware OCR Term: Contract Role Overview We are looking for a Support Analyst with hands‑on experience in Hyland Brainware Intelligent Data Capture (OCR) to support and optimize enterprise document processing solutions. The role involves OCR support, SAP integration, and continuous improvement of data extraction and validation workflows, with a focus on Accounts Payable Shared Services . Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for Hyland Brainware OCR platform Troubleshoot OCR, data extraction, classification, and validation issues Support and maintain SAP and enterprise system integrations via APIs Monitor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and drive stability improvements Collaborate with business teams on AP Shared Services processes Support releases, testing, and hyper‑care activities Document configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures Required Skills Strong experience with Hyland Brainware Intelligent Data Capture Expertise in OCR, document classification, and data extraction SAP integration and API troubleshooting experience Knowledge of Accounts Payable Shared Services Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills Preferred Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and OCR tools Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, and ITIL Exposure to ML‑driven OCR accuracy and continuous improvement Leadership (Nice to Have) Team leadership across global teams Experience with Agile, SDLC, and CI/CD Client‑facing and SLA management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
