You will be instrumental in expanding our private sector client base, fostering strong partnerships, and guiding clients through the recruitment journey from start to finish. Responsibilities Drive new business: Identify, pursue, and secure new client partnerships within the private sector with a hunter mentality. Cultivate client relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor for IT hiring needs. Lead generation & prospecting: Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry research. Client onboarding & management: Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition. Oversee recruitment lifecycle: Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify and present top-tier IT talent, meeting client expectations. Seamless onboarding support: Facilitate a successful candidate onboarding experience for clients and new hires. Achieve & exceed targets: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs, contributing to company growth. Qualifications Proven sales track record: Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Account Executive or similar role, with a history of exceeding quotas in a B2B IT recruitment environment. IT industry acumen: Understanding of the IT landscape, technologies, roles, and industry trends. Client-centric approach: Strong relationship-building skills and ability to deliver tailored solutions. Hunter mentality: Proactive, persistent approach to new business development with a record of opening doors and closing deals. Exceptional communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly. Organizational prowess: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Self-motivated & independent: Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team.
