Responsibilities Lead full project lifecycle delivery using Agile methodologies Manage project initiation, scope, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Drive Agile release planning, sprint execution, and delivery Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and communications Lead discovery sessions and support creation of clear, development-ready user stories Facilitate project status meetings, Steering Committee meetings, and Agile ceremonies Support change management activities, including training and process updates Communicate project updates clearly in English and French Report progress and risks to senior management Must-Have Skills Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills Ability to lead meetings and prepare documentation in English and French Experience managing projects within healthcare or social services Qualifications University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology , or equivalent experience Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in healthcare or social services Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects using Agile Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2) – preferred How To Apply If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your updated resume.
