Reporting to the Grower Services Account Team Manager, the Grower Services Account Manager will be responsible for creating a preference for growers to purchase Maple Lodge offerings and for delivering high‑quality birds to processing. The role includes procurement and ongoing management of grower accounts. What's in it for you? Mid‑cycle check in with MLF Growers to confirm orders and the growers’ overall impression of flock performance. Attend industry functions and meetings from time to time to promote Maple Lodge Farms. Participate in Grower Services team meetings, either in person or via conference call. Communicate with all Grower Services team members and senior broiler planning specialists regarding the status of accounts and the performance of producers. Work with the Grower Services Field Technician Team, manage a grower list, and execute the defined grower service sales model in a consultative manner. Coordinate with the Grower Services Field Technician team in a team‑selling environment to provide the required support services to growers. Deliver materials and knowledge related to the services provided and data captured in grower barns. Facilitate the sale of chicks and the purchase of chicken between growers and Maple Lodge Farms. Deliver materials and knowledge related to the needs of growers. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. What you will bring: Minimum of two years of related experience and a demonstrated understanding of broiler production processes, including hatchery, broiler production, and butchering is an asset. Demonstrated experience building relationships and closing sale deals. Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and WHMIS. Understanding of fundamental biosecurity practices. Team‑player able to motivate others, negotiate effectively, and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset with problem‑identification and problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi‑tasking are essential. General computer skills (MS Office) and knowledge of SharePoint. Post‑secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
