Overview We are seeking an Infra, DBA and interface expert to join our team of consultants in our Montreal office. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities Integrate into both teams to address capacity gaps and respond to operational needs. Manage, configure, and troubleshoot application servers and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.). Utilize virtualization technologies (VMware) and work with cloud environments (Azure AD, Office 365). Support and work with Citrix environments, and participate in incident, problem, and change management following ITIL practices. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues. Document, standardize, and improve processes related to system operations and support. Communicate effectively with stakeholders; adapt communication in both French and English. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of years of relevant experience and industry certifications (e.g., MSCE). Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience; healthcare network experience is an asset. Solid experience with hardware environments and operating systems (Windows Server, Unix/Linux). Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware). Experience with cloud environments (Azure AD, Office 365). Knowledge and experience with Citrix environments. Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell). Experience in incident, problem, and change management using the ITIL framework. Ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues. Ability to document, standardize, and improve processes related to system operations and support. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) adapted to various types of stakeholders. Analytical, innovative, and solution-oriented; strong teamwork and collaboration.
