Key responsibilities and oversight Analyze and verify detailed P&L results, assessing variance explanations and insights to provide guidance and approval for senior management decision making. Support the month-end and quarter-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Validate revenue recognition reviews and checklists to confirm adherence to IFRS standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and product management, to ensure financial compliance and reporting integrity. Contribute to financial analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making. Support integration of acquired entities’ financials into the corporate reporting framework. The successful candidate will possess the following Chartered Professional Accountant – CPA designation (or near completion). Technical knowledge of IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) including deferred revenue and WIP. Proficient with Excel and strong understanding of financial software and ERP systems. Personable, confident, and capable of analyzing complex data and providing actionable insights. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with limited office visits—primarily one day per month for team meetings and onboarding in Toronto.
