KIMBO Design is a Vancouver-based creative agency with 24+ years of experience delivering design, digital, and marketing solutions for government, public sector, and purpose-driven organizations across Canada. We are seeking an Art Director or Senior Designer with the experience and confidence to lead work, not just execute it. This is a fully in-person role. You will work closely with a small, senior team, so we are looking for someone who brings strong creative judgment, takes ownership, and elevates the work around them. You should be equally comfortable presenting to clients as you are designing. This is not a junior level role. What You Will Do Lead creative across branding, campaigns, websites, social media, and long-form publications Develop strong concepts and carry them through to final execution Design high-quality work across print and digital without relying on direction Create and oversee social media content and campaign assets Present to clients and guide creative conversations with confidence Collaborate closely with a small team and contribute at a senior level Maintain a high standard of design across all deliverables What We Are Looking For 7 to 10+ years of experience in a creative agency environment A portfolio that demonstrates concept, execution, and social media work Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills Solid understanding of web design and UX principles Experience designing for social platforms and campaign rollouts Proven ability to own projects from concept to delivery Comfortable working in a small team where expectations are high Clear communicator who can work directly with clients Bonus Skills Experience with government or public sector clients Knowledge of accessible design including WCAG 2.1 AA and PDF/UA Motion, video, or short-form content creation Experience working with developers or within WordPress environments Why Join KIMBO Work on meaningful, high-impact projects across Canada Be part of a respected and established agency Real creative ownership and influence on the work Small team environment where your experience matters Details Location Vancouver BC, in office Type Full-time or contract Start ASAP To Apply Please send: Portfolio that shows range, including social media and campaign work Resume #J-18808-Ljbffr
