Support the team with strategic clients to drive acquisition, retention, and deeper client relationships. Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and achievement of objectives using CRM tools and disciplined sales practices. Structure profitable financing solutions aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite. Ensure credit quality, compliance, and sound governance while staying attuned to market trends. Your team You lead a team of Commercial Account Managers and support roles serving small and medium-sized businesses in Moncton and surrounding regions. You play a central role in team engagement, priority management, and alignment with National Bank’s commercial strategy, working closely with internal partners to deliver a consistent and integrated client experience.
